If you select the monthly payment option, you have a 7-day "Back Out" period. Cancel your membership within the first 7 days and you may request a full refund. This is not available for full annual payments or beyond 7 days from the purchase date.

I also confirm that I am an IT Managed Service Provider or IT provider. I understand that if it is discovered that I am not an IT MSP or IT provider that my account will be terminated without refund.
